Adaptive Leadership for Social Work Students
This course for Social Work students explains the difference between adaptive challenges and technical work and provides opportunities to practice applying these concepts. It also covers the practical application of Adaptive Leadership including the major behaviors that will help you address and manage change successfully.
Completing this course will develop your leadership skills in all domains of NCWWI’s Leadership Model, and it provides strategies that can be used to support the organizational environment component of the Workforce Development Framework.
Completion time will vary based on which modules you choose to complete (module 1: 10-15 minutes; module 2: 5-10 minutes; module 3: 20-25 minutes; all modules: 35-45 minutes). The course is bookmarked so you can stop at any time and return to where you left off in the course.
