Building Data Driven Child Welfare Practice: An Evaluation of the Manage by Data Initiative

This report presents findings from the evaluation of Manage by Data which sought to identify implementation challenges and solutions, presenting the outcomes of the program on the Fellows’ work and broader agency practice and providing suggestions for the expansion of the program in New Jersey and in other jurisdictions if warranted.
