This website provides services to the CBCAP community through targeted training and technical assistance efforts. These efforts include an annual grantees meeting, regional training, and individualized on-site training on request from CBCAP lead agencies. FRIENDS’ also provides free eLearning courses available 24 hours a day, and can be taken over time. Registration is required to participate in courses from the FRIENDS Online Learning Center.
