This report provides insights into how agencies can optimally meet the key provisions of Comprehensive Child Welfare Information Systems (CCWIS) and how they might go beyond those provisions to implement an integrated case management system that takes advantage of 21st century technology advancements such as mobility tools, analytics and cognitive computing.
