Making Replication Work: Building Infrastructure to Implement, Scale-up, and Sustain Evidence-Based Early Childhood Home Visiting Programs with Fidelity

This report describes a national cross-site evaluation of Supporting Evidence-Based Home Visiting to Prevent Child Maltreatment (EBHV), an initiative to support evidence-based home visiting; and examines the degree to which system change occurred, documents the fidelity with which the program models were implemented, and identifies implementation strategies and challenges.
