Social Workers Moving Beyond Neutrality: Confronting Racial Injustice Conference

This four part video features a day-long conference that focuses on racial disparities in education and the criminal justice system, as well as the overrepresentation of people of color among those living in poverty; focuses on African Americans as the more disproportionately disadvantaged population in these three areas; and provides a forum for social workers and social work students to come together to first learn about the disparities and then collectively discuss how to become involved in addressing racial disparities in local communities.
