This report summarizes the actions taken by the Sunset Commission and the Texas’ 84th Legislature after a two year review of Texas’ extensive health and human services system, and provides a brief analysis of both statutory and management directives adopted for implementation by each agency, including a discussion of the related fiscal impact.
