This training course explores the child welfare leaders’ role in supporting child welfare supervisors’ use of critical thinking skills with their staff, and how leaders and their supervisors can use the “Enhancing Critical Thinking: A Supervisor’s Guide” during supervisory conferences and to support other administrative functions.
