Systems of Care Policy Action Guide

This guide is a capacity building tool that supports the process of identifying and advancing policy strategies to improve child welfare systems and practices. It provides a framework for thinking about child welfare policy options and initiating actions using three critical stages for planning: Complete and Assessment, Select a Policy Approach and Developing an Action Plan for Selected Approach.
