We All Need Somebody: Supporting Children, Families & the Workforce in Connecticut’s Family Foster Care System (CT)

This report describes the systems change efforts to better utilize and support the State of Connecticut’s existing foster families, through focused recruiting efforts, with a special emphasis on recruiting kinship and treatment foster families for specific children.
