Advancing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility (DEIA) Through Healthcare Apprenticeships

The Healthcare Career Advancement Program (H-Cap) is a pioneering organization in the field of healthcare Registered Apprenticeship (RA). It serves as a U.S. Department of Labor-contracted intermediary, providing no-cost technical assistance and funding support to employers or other entities interested in developing RA programs in healthcare, behavioral health, or early learning. As part of its 30 Minutes of Excellence series, the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals will host a webinar on February 22, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. CT which will explore the benefits of RA through the lens of equity and inclusion and the positive impact it has, including promoting diversity in hiring and empowering individuals to gain new skills that are marketable to employers.
