Discovering and Standing in your Authentic Voice

This webinar is hosted by HRDQ-U
What does it look like when we acknowledge and utilize our Authentic Voice? A profound inner clarity and confidence emerges. A trust in the authority and relevance of our unique perspectives results in a willingness to speak up about what is important and required in order to ensure a workplace that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive.

In this workshop we’ll explore the difference between the voice used to “fit in and be accepted” and an authentic voice that fully utilizes skill, ability, and workstyle orientation. We’ll share the insights and experiences that shape our professional stance and build high-functioning, empathic, and graceful teams. And we’ll learn the guiding principles and process of Authentic Voice that culminate in a way to continually develop self-expression and mentor others, in the process.

Through a curated, scaffolded journaling process, each participant will collect insights about their lives that reside at the core of authenticity.

Begin the process of uncovering the personal stories your authenticity is derived from. Tap into an ability to show up beyond the biases of others without the need to validate, legitimize, or prove. Engage in Authentic Voice exercises that empower you to continue the journey of discovery within your professional community.
