HOPE in Administration

This two-hour workshop will consist of small group work focused on a combination of the following topics: using HOPE as an antiracist framework to address disparities in your organization; analyzing your policies through a HOPE-informed lens; and crafting HOPE-informed intakes.

Participants will:

Identify at least three ways to make your intake form more HOPE-informed.
Review at least one organizational policy through a HOPE-informed lens.
Identify at least one disparity in access to the four Building Blocks in your community.
