Lessons From The Toughest Kids: Attachment Issues and Complex Trauma

This webinar will focus on practical and effective “in the trenches” strategies for working with challenging children and adolescents. Drawing from experiences of clinical work with complex children in residential treatment and parenting experiences of an adoptive parent, this workshop will turn the theoretical into practical. Presenters will distill concepts from clinical models that have proven to be effective with attachment and trauma issues, including the Developmental Trauma and Attachment Program (DTAP®), Theraplay®, Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI®), and Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP).
