Strengthening Relationships Between Funders and Grantees in Support of Families

Dur­ing an upcom­ing webi­nar, learn about emerg­ing fund­ing prac­tices that strength­en rela­tion­ships among grant mak­ers, com­mu­ni­ty orga­niz­ers and oth­er non­prof­it lead­ers. The ses­sion is spon­sored by the Annie E. Casey Foundation’s grantee Insti­tute for Fam­i­ly and Chapin Hall at the Uni­ver­si­ty of Chicago.

Casey’s San­dra Gas­ca-Gon­za­lez, vice pres­i­dent of the Cen­ter for Sys­tems Inno­va­tion, will host the webi­nar with Matt Ander­son, direc­tor of the Insti­tute for Fam­i­ly. They will lead a pan­el of experts in dis­cussing how fun­der-grantee part­ner­ships can fuel inno­va­tion and change in com­mu­ni­ties to sup­port fam­i­ly well-being. Guest speak­ers will explore ideas and their shared vision for bring­ing trust, equi­ty and cre­ativ­i­ty into their practices.
