The study, conducted in partnership with the Hult International Business School, analyzed 50 leading organizations across the U.S., Europe, and the UK to assess their learning health across 8 distinct dimensions. The results from the research suggest that despite extensive executive sponsorship, increased investments in learning and skilling, and tighter strategic alignment of the learning function, most organizations have yet to unlock the potential of a healthy learning culture.
