Having an incarcerated parent can be a significant challenge for families and especially for children. In this webinar, we will hear from researchers Julie Poehlmann-Tynan and Pajarita Charles, along with Dane County (WI) Sheriff Kalvin Barrett. They will talk about the costs of children being separated from their parents due to incarceration, research about how to improve outcomes for children and their parents, and efforts being made by law enforcement agencies and their partners to better serve these families.
