The rapid expansion of mobile technology infrastructure presents an opportunity to improve health and health care through text messaging. Text messaging can be a safe, clinically promising and feasible tool to augment care for individuals with mental health concerns. Recognizing the potential of text messaging to improve health and health care, this webinar will review the technical and administrative requirements for the ethical, HIPAA compliant use of text messaging.
