Learning & Living the NCWWI Leadership Model

Learning & Living the NCWWI Leadership Model was the first special bonus session in the national webinar series, What Works for the Workforce: Leadership Competencies in Action.
This webinar provides an in-depth exploration of the NCWWI’s Leadership Model for child welfare. NCWWI presenters guide audience members from the model’s theory to the real world of child welfare leaders, exploring skills, competencies and systems change efforts. Participants from the NCWWI’s Leadership Academy for Middle Managers (LAMM), Leadership Academy for Supervisors (LAS) and Traineeship projects (TRN) share their personal perspectives and leadership lessons, as well as how their experience has impacted the implementation of their systems change projects.
