Leadership Academy for Middle Managers
The LAMM involves a variety of learning components, including in-person training, that all work together to prepare mid-level managers to effectively implement sustainable system change. Evaluation results show that LAMM participants significantly increased application of leadership behaviors, including making informed decisions to position their organizations for success, giving staff more autonomy and professional development opportunities, increasing collaborative and consensus-building efforts, and implementing innovative practices. It can be downloaded, customized, and delivered by agency trainers. There are two versions of the residential training, a 5-day curriculum and a 3-day curriculum (below).
