Supervisor Training Series: Module 5: Endings and Transitions: Managing Staff Retention, Satisfaction and Separation

This training course provides supervisors the opportunity to explore strategies to manage endings and transitions ethically and respectfully; examine a continuous appraisal/quality improvement process to encourage best practice and ethical application of performance standards; identify the steps in the disciplinary process; identify the supervisor’s role in ensuring staff employ self-care; develop the beginning of a plan for self-care; and identify the “next step” in professional growth and development.
