This training tutorial for SOCPR-R, a tool for assessing whether SOC principles have been operationalized at the level of practice where children and their families have direct contact with service providers, is presented in six parts and reviews the System of Care philosophy; the purpose and objectives of the SOCPR; implementation procedures; the SOCPR Protocol; knowledge of effective interviewing techniques and successful data collection methods; and practice rating the summative questions.
