WE ARE CHILD WELFARE

This campaign is an opportunity to begin a conversation about how we must all work together to improve outcomes for children, youth, and families. It is also an opportunity to describe the broad scope of work that child welfare workers perform to support them. While many child welfare professionals are striving to create an anti-racist, family- and prevention-focused system, we must acknowledge that this is a work in progress, and child welfare programs are in varying phases of improvement.

For those child welfare professionals performing external public relations & communications, we encourage you to customize the pre-written content below. To support your work, we've also developed the NCWWI Communications Guide: How to Advance Organizational Goals Through Effective Messaging, Storytelling, and Public Relations.

We can all make a difference if we work together! We hope you’ll help us spread the word!
